- Shelf pulls
- Customer returns
- Surplus stock
- Distributor clearance
Because liquidation pallets often contain mixed conditions and assorted items, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives significantly different from the description.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, manifests, and grading details before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:
- The wrong pallet or product was delivered
- The order does not match the description provided
- Items are missing from the shipment
- The pallet arrives severely damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling
- The shipment is confirmed lost in transit
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund review, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or video evidence clearly showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- Photos of original packaging where applicable
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor packaging damage
- Normal signs of handling related to liquidation inventory
- Products that meet the described condition grade
- Orders already processed or shipped
- Clearance or final sale items
Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, product assortments may vary.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible due to logistics and freight arrangements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Inspection Responsibility
